What's the difference between general servicing and a chemical wash? ▼
General servicing is a routine clean — washing the filters, coils, and drainage tray. A chemical wash uses specialist solvents to dissolve mould and biofilm that a standard service can't reach. Choose general servicing for maintenance; choose chemical wash if the unit smells musty, drips water, or has visibly fouled fins.
My aircon shows an error code — do I need a repair visit? ▼
