How much does aircon servicing cost in Singapore?

Our flat-rate pricing starts at S$50 for a single fan coil unit, S$55 for 2 units, S$70 for 3, S$85 for 4, S$100 for 5, and S$115 for 6 units. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?

For daily-use units, every 3 months. For light-use units (bedroom only, short runtime), every 6 months. Singapore's humidity accelerates coil fouling, so waiting longer usually means costlier chemical washes later.
What is a chemical wash and when do I need one?

A chemical wash is a deep clean using specialist solvents to dissolve mould, biofilm, and entrenched dirt that standard servicing can't reach. Book one if your unit smells musty, drips water despite servicing, or has visibly black-stained fins.
Do you cover my area in Singapore?

Yes — we serve all of Singapore from our Jurong West HQ. West Region (Jurong West/East, Clementi, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang, Tuas, Pioneer) has fastest response times, and we also cover Central Region (Bukit Merah, Queenstown, Toa Payoh, Bishan, Kallang, Marine Parade, Novena, Tanglin, Bukit Timah).
What brands of aircon do you service?

All major brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Toshiba, LG, Panasonic, Midea, Sharp, and York. Our technicians are trained on brand-specific error codes and part sourcing.
What does the 90-day workmanship warranty cover?

If the issue we serviced or repaired recurs within 90 days due to our workmanship, we fix it at no charge. The warranty covers the work we performed, not unrelated faults or components we didn't touch.

My aircon is leaking water — is that serious?

Usually caused by a clogged drainage pipe, tilted unit, frozen coil, or drain pump failure. Power off the unit, place a towel underneath, and WhatsApp us. Most leaks are fixable within a single visit.
How long does aircon servicing take?

A standard general servicing takes about 30–45 minutes per fan coil unit. A chemical wash takes 60–90 minutes per unit, and a full overhaul can take 2–3 hours.
Do you handle HDB and condo installations?

Yes. We follow BCA installation standards for HDB flats and coordinate MCST approvals for condos where needed. We also handle landed-property multi-split and ducted setups.
