Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Coolbest Aircon, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not proceed with the booking.

2. Services

Coolbest Aircon provides aircon servicing, chemical wash, repair, gas top-up, and installation services across Singapore. Exact scope is confirmed at booking and in the written service report.

3. Pricing and Payment

Published prices on this website reflect standard rates. Non-standard jobs (complex diagnostics, replacement parts, high-access sites, multi-split systems) are quoted separately. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and cash.

4. 90-Day Workmanship Warranty

Services completed by Coolbest Aircon carry a 90-day warranty on workmanship. If the issue we serviced or repaired recurs within 90 days due to our workmanship, we will fix it at no charge. The warranty covers the work we performed — it does not cover:

  • Unrelated faults on components we didn't touch
  • Damage from user error or environmental factors (e.g., voltage surges)
  • Normal wear of consumables (filters, fan blades)
  • Work performed by any other provider after our visit

5. Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to your aircon units. For units requiring hoisting, scaffolding, or cherry-picker access, additional charges may apply. Coolbest technicians reserve the right to refuse work if safety is compromised.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a callout fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coolbest Aircon's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages (e.g., loss of income from downtime).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the Singapore courts.
